Digitech Solution Lab provides digital services and customized solutions, which involve strategic planning, research, development effort, and resource allocation. Since our services are intangible and tailored to individual client requirements, refunds are subject to specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following condition:

  • If we are unable to deliver the committed solution as per the agreed scope of work.
  • If the project has not been substantially executed or delivered.
  • If the refund request is raised within 7 days from the date of payment.

If we have successfully delivered the agreed solution or completed the committed work as per the project scope, refund requests will not be accepted.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • If the solution or service has already been delivered as agreed.
  • If delays occur due to client-side issues (e.g., lack of content, approvals, communication delays).
  • If the client changes requirements after project initiation.
  • For completed digital marketing campaigns, ad spend, domain purchases, hosting services, or third-party tool subscriptions.
  • For partially completed milestones that have already been approved.

4. Cancellation Policy
  • Clients may request cancellation within 7 days of payment, provided the project has not significantly progressed.
  • Once project execution begins (design, development, strategy creation, campaign setup, etc.), cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request qualifies:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email.

  2. Our team will review the request within 3–5 working days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  4. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.


6. Important Notes
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway processing.
  • Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted.
  • Digitech Solution Lab reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
